The cooking kettle is designed for thermal processing of food products - meat, fish, vegetables, fruits -
using the s o u s - v i d e method.
Cooked products, thanks to controlled water circulation, are immersed in water at a constant temperature.
The water flow and temperature, as well as the cooking time, are controlled by a microprocessor.
Inside the s o u s – v i d e digester, a folding grate is installed, which makes it possible to evenly decompose the prepared product, depending on its size.
The equipment is made of acid-resistant stainless steel.
