UNIVERSAL COOKING AND SMOKING CHAMBERS OF THE "THERMIX-MINI" SERIES

 

The "Thermix-50" unit is designed for thermal processing of all types of sausage, assorted meats, poultry, cheese and hot smoking of fish.

 The construction of the chamber, smoke generator and pipe connections are made of stainless steel. The product processing in the "Thermix-mini" unit is fully automated. The range of measured and adjustable temperatures in the chamber is from +35 to +100°C, humidity from 15 to 100%.

The delivery set of the "Thermix-50" cooking and smoking unit includes:

  • a thermal chamber with a smoke generator and an automated washing system;
  • power cabinet with control controller "MP-200";
  • a set of discharge pipes 2 m long;
  • a set of skewers for hanging products;
  • set of spare parts;
  • passport with operating instructions.

 

 

In the "Thermix-mini" series of universal smoking and cooking units "Techinserv" LLC also produces the "Thermix-35" chamber. This chamber has 5 shelves and a conditional load of 35 kg.
