09/05/2018 Research and Development Enterprise Techinserv LLC has successfully put into operation a 14-frame drying chamber.
The customer of the chamber is the largest manufacturer of fish products LLC RK "Akvavit" (TM "Water World"), Odessa region.
The chamber will be used for drying fish snacks. The launch of the chamber and a trial batch of products confirmed the performance of the equipment declared by the Customer:
- a full drying cycle with a full load of a semi-finished product - 700 kg, no more than 24 hours;
- humidity output of finished products - no more than 25%.
The customer was satisfied with the operation of the equipment and the high quality of the finished product.

The chamber is designed for the production of various types of fish products with a given percentage of moisture: salmon, seams with a windy crust, dried fish, chips, fish snacks. The loading of the chamber is from 700 to 3500 kg, depending on the type of product. The chamber can also be used to defrost frozen blocks.
The equipment allows you to implement any modes of thermal processing of products in the range from 5°C to 80°C and maintain humidity in the chamber from 25% to 99%. Humidity in the product can reach from 65% to 15%. The product can be placed both on nets and hangers.
Camera control is fully automatic. The control controller contains 40 programs with up to 90 steps each.
The cold chamber power is 42 kW. Electric power 87 kW.
Technological instructions are attached to the equipment. Start-up and adjustment works end with personnel training and production of a trial batch of products.
