ICE-MAKING MACHINE

Ice-making machines “Master Ice” are produced by the Enterprise “Techinserv” in a wide range of daily output capacity:  from 400 ( "Ml-400") up to 6000 kg per day ("Ml-6000").

"M" series machines produce dry flake ice with a constant temperature -6; -8 ° C. The environmentally-friendly gas R404 A is used in the capacity of refrigerating agent. Ice-making machines of modular structure are produced for large meat processing plants; this ice-making machines do not contain cold-producing unit and can be connected to the networks of large refrigerating machines. The structure of flake ice-making machines produced by the Enterprise “Techinserv” includes a vaporizing drum produced by the firm “HIGEL Kaltetechnik”,  Germany.   “Ml” series  ice-making machines include temperature sensors and the water level sensors in the tank, they are equipped with the inlet and outlet hydraulic valves. The rotation of the vaporizing drum begins in 1,5-2 min. After the  actuation of the valve that supply water into the vessel. In case of temperature drop in the  thermal bath below a critical value, the cooling unit cuts off and the motor-gear unit stops, resulting in simultaneous automatic draining of water from the vessel. The temperature of the vaporizing drum amounts to - 24 ° C.

The automatic maintaining system for cooling medium consumption through the evaporator allows to obtain the bulk freight ice used in various fields of food manufacturing industry.
