OOO NPP Tekhinserv is constantly working on expanding the range of manufactured equipment in order to best adapt its products to customer needs.
Thus, a new modification, Mini Term – 120, has appeared in the successfully manufactured series of universal smoking and cooking chambers Termix-mini.
The new chamber features:
- loading of products using a cart;
- weight of the loaded product up to 120 kg (for sausages);
- weight of the loaded product up to 160 kg (for delicacies);
- height of the unit 2400 mm.
Loading products using carts allows you to organize the production process with the least loss of time and the greatest energy efficiency.
The new layout of the main components of the chamber and its compact dimensions allow it to be placed even in small rooms.
Due to the constant work of Techinserv on improving the design features of the manufactured equipment and on improving the technological processes incorporated into the algorithms of the control controller, the quality of the manufactured products is increased. Thus, in the new chamber, the uniformity of color formation throughout the entire volume of product loading on the frame is noticeably improved.
The universal smoking and cooking chamber "Mini Term - 120" has been successfully put into operation in a mini-workshop in the Polish city of Międzyrzec Podlaski.
